Children are born free of gum disease, yet by adulthood, 95% of the population has active gum disease and most people have experienced some tooth decay or even tooth loss. We encourage parents to register their children at the practice as soon as possible. They will be eligible for the full range of routine NHS treatment, including two review visits a year.

Non-routine treatment will be charged at private rates. However, if the child's parent is a member of the Oral Health Scheme, the relevant discount rates will apply. We also offer a separate children's plan under the Oral health Scheme.
